    • Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders are considered approved and will proceed to the shipping stage immediately after review by HoololPharma.sa.
    • Cash-on-Delivery Orders: To verify information accuracy, cash-on-delivery orders will only be shipped after customer confirmation through an automated call from HoololPharma.sa.

  7. Discount Code Policy: Discount codes exclude wholesale offers and monthly offers, as well as medications, baby formula, diapers, and certain specialized products.

  8. Product Appearance Changes by Agents: Product packaging and appearance may be modified by exclusive agents according to their policies. HoololPharma.sa is committed to providing customers with the same product, international barcode, and latest versions of available products.
