Refund Policy

At HoololPharma.sa, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. Below is our refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

   • Refunds are available for items returned in accordance with our return policy. Products must be returned within the specified period in their original, unused condition.
   • Products with manufacturing defects or damage due to shipping may qualify for a full refund or replacement, pending review and approval.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Discounted items, items purchased with discount codes, and bulk orders exceeding 10 units are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
   • The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • For items returned not due to manufacturing defects, return shipping costs may apply. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is due to a change of mind or if the product is non-defective.

5. Order Cancellation Refunds:

   • If an order is canceled before it has shipped, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.
   • For orders canceled after shipping, the refund will be processed once the order is returned to us, with any applicable shipping fees deducted from the refund.

6. International Orders:

   • Refunds for international orders follow the same policy but exclude any return shipping costs and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
