Cancellation Policy

At HoololPharma.sa, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is outlined below:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping:

   • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so without any additional fees. A full refund will be processed within 5 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipping:

   • If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you may still request a cancellation, but any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be processed once the order is returned to us by the shipping company.

3. Out-of-Stock or Delayed Orders:

   • In cases where an item is out of stock or if there is a delay in shipping exceeding 15 days, you will be notified and given the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Product Expiry Policy:

   • HoololPharma.sa reserves the right to cancel items with an expiration date of less than 6 months unless the customer agrees to proceed with the purchase.

5. International Orders:

   • Once shipped, international orders cannot be canceled. If returned, they will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.

6. Unclaimed Domestic Orders:

   • For prepaid orders that are not claimed after being shipped, a return fee of 35 SAR plus any additional shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
